Currier Plastic’s Engineering Department is staffed to assist in product design from concept to reality. Currier Plastics uses Solidworks as a 3D solid modeling CAD program to do product design and communicate with customer data files. Project Managers and Project Engineers are attentive listeners focused on implementing your ideas, and discussing your requirement’s to be sure we meet your every expectation on time every time.

The total success of your project is our goal. We promote early involvement and continuous communication so we deliver the optimum tooling solution per your product requirements. As part of the process we can deliver prototype models, recommendations for material selection, and recommendations dealing with tolerances.

Currier Plastics is prepared not only to build new molds, but also inherit existing molds. A comprehensive analysis is performed on transferred molds and the results are reviewed with the customer prior to sampling so we’re staged for success. Whether we built a new mold for you, or you transferred an existing mold to us, Currier Plastics sets up a comprehensive maintenance plan to track the history of your molds to insure uninterrupted production of quality product.
